Week 4: Banoffee Pie

This week was Banoffee Pie of for those who aren't familiar with this pie by its name, it's a Banana//toffe/dulce de leche type thing of deliciousness!  The adults in this house LOVED this pie, in fact, P said it was his favorite so far (I know, we've only have 4, but he really loved it)...boys not so sure. The picture below of B is before he ate it...took one bite and traded it in for ice cream!  But seriously, what's not to love...a graham cracker crust, dulce de leche, bananas, toffee bits and a cream cheese/sugar/whipped cream topping.  The recipe is from one of my favorite cooking blogs, Our Best Bites.  Here is a link to the recipe...try it and you won't be sorry!
